Summary:Provided are: a hybrid gel that contains a particulate decellularized tissue (a product prepared by grinding a decellularized biological tissue that is obtained by decellularizing a biological tissue derived from an animal), fibrinogen and thrombin; a cell culture base material containing the hybrid gel; a method for preparing the hybrid gel; and a kit containing a particulate decellularized tissue and an adhesive for biological tissues. The hybrid gel according to the present invention has an effect of promoting the differentiation and function acquisition of stem cells and therapeutic effects on various diseases.
