L'invention concerne également des dosages, des kits et des supports solides associés aux anticorps spécifiques de tau. L'anticorps, la ou les chaînes d'immunoglobuline, ainsi que les fragments de liaison, dérivés et variants associés, peuvent être utilisés dans des compositions pharmaceutiques et de diagnostic pour l'immunothérapie et le diagnostic ciblés de tau, respectivement.
