The present invention relates to a patch comprising a layer composition, wherein the layer composition comprises at least a backing liner, a matrix layer comprising an onion extract (A), an acrylate based polymer (B) or a thermoplastic hot melt adhesive (B*), and a release liner, wherein the matrix layer is disposed between the backing liner and the release liner such that the matrix layer is contacted by the backing liner and the release liner on opposite sides thereof, wherein the release liner is releasable from the matrix layer. Further the present invention relates to such a patch for use in treating and/or preventing scars. L'invention concerne un timbre comprenant une composition sous forme de couche, ladite couche comprenant au moins un revêtement protecteur, une couche matricielle comprenant un extrait d'oignon (A), un polymère à base d'acrylate (B) ou un adhésif thermofusible thermoplastique (B*), et un revêtement anti-adhésif, ladite couche matricielle étant disposée entre le revêtement protecteur et le revêtement anti-adhésif de sorte que la couche matricielle touche le revêtement protecteur et le revêtement anti-adhésif des côtés opposés, ledit revêtement anti-adhésif pouvant se décoller de la couche matricielle. L'invention concerne ce type de timbre utilisé pour traiter et/ou prévenir les cicatrices.
