Selon des modes de réalisation, l'invention porte sur une composition d'après-shampoing qui comporte un polymère silicone comportant un ou plusieurs groupes quaternaires, au moins un bloc de silicone comportant plus de 200 motifs siloxane, au moins un motif de structure poly(oxyde d'alkylène) et au moins un groupe ester terminal, le polymère silicone ayant une viscosité allant jusqu'à 100 000 MPa.s, la composition d'après-shampoing comportant une matrice de gel comportant un tensioactif cationique, un composé gras de point de fusion élevé et un véhicule aqueux.
