A balanced high efficiency outdoor heater with increased heat radiation area, and improved stability and thermal efficiency. An infrared burner (using sintered felt, facing the heating surface of the infrared burner upside down) is mounted at the front end of a beam set at the upper end of a standing column. A bottom base is at the lower end of the standing column. The beam and the standing column are connected by pipe fittings. The rear end of the beam has a base within which is an ignition control device, which is connected to an electrode rod and a thermocoupler under the burner. A reflector is mounted at the burner. An inlet and an outlet of the ignition control unit are connected to the burner by a gas pipe and a gas valve in the beam and in the bottom base separately. Un brûleur infrarouge (employant du feutre fritté, faisant face à la surface de chauffage du brûleur infrarouge inversé) est installé à lextrémité avant dun ensemble de faisceaux à lextrémité supérieure dune colonne autonome. Une base est à lextrémité inférieure de la colonne autonome. Le faisceau et la colonne autonome sont reliés par des raccords de tuyau. Lextrémité arrière du faisceau présente une base dans laquelle se trouve un dispositif de commande d'allumage qui est connecté à une tige délectrode et à un thermocouple sous le brûleur. Un réflecteur est installé au brûleur. Une entrée et une sortie du module de commande d'allumage sont connectées au brûleur par un tuyau de gaz et une vanne de gaz dans le faisceau et dans la base séparément.
