An attachment section, in particular a brush section, suitable for connection to a handle section of an oral hygiene device is proposed. The attachment section has an attachment housing having a first coupling structure suitable for establishing a connection with a second coupling structure of the handle section, at least a functional element mounted at the attachment housing for driven movement, a motion transmitter extending in a cavity formed inside of the attachment housing, the motion transmitter being functionally connected on one end with the functional element, and a first magnetic coupling element arranged at another end of the motion transmitter, the first magnetic coupling element comprising at least a permanent magnet or a magnetizable element suitable for establishing a magnetic connection with a second magnetic coupling element provided in the handle section. L'invention concerne une section de fixation, en particulier une section de brosse, qui est appropriée pour être reliée à une section de manche d'un dispositif d'hygiène buccale. La section de fixation possède un boîtier de fixation ayant une première structure de couplage appropriée pour établir une liaison avec une seconde structure de couplage de la section de manche, au moins un élément fonctionnel monté sur le boîtier de fixation pour un mouvement entraîné, un transmetteur de mouvement s'étendant dans une cavité formée à l'intérieur du boîtier de fixation, le transmetteur de mouvement étant relié de manière fonctionnelle à une extrémité avec l'élément fonctionnel, et un premier élément de couplage magnétique agencé à une autre extrémité du transmetteur de mouvement, le premier élément de couplage magnétique comportant au moins un aimant permanent ou un élément pouvant être magnétisé qui est approprié pour établir une liaison magnétique avec un second élément de couplage magnétique disposé dans la section de manche.
