The present invention related to a medicament containing (I) a compound which is 7-[4-(4-benzo[b]thiophen-4-yl-piperazin-1-yl)butoxy]-1H-quinolin-2-one or a salt thereof, and (II) at least one drug selected from the group consisting of a mood stabilizer, a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, a noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant, an antianxiety drug, a tricyclic antidepressant, a tetracyclic antidepressant, an antipsychotic drug and an anti-ADHD drug, in combination. La présente invention concerne un médicament ayant un spectre de traitement plus large, provoquant moins d'effets secondaires et étant supérieur en tolérabilité et innocuité, par comparaison avec des agents anti-psychotiques typiques connus et à des agents anti-psychotiques atypiques connus. La présente invention concerne un médicament contenant (I) un composé qui est la 7-[4-(4-benzo[b]thiophén-4-yl-pipérazin-1-yl)butoxy]-1H-quinoléin-2-one ou un sel de celle-ci, et (II) au moins un médicament choisi dans le groupe consistant en un thymorégulateur, un inhibiteur de la recapture de la sérotonine, un inhibiteur de la recapture de la norépinéphrine, un inhibiteur de la recapture de la sérotonine et de la norépinéphrine, un antidépresseur noradrénergique et sérotonergique spécifique, un médicament anxiolytique, un antidépresseur tricyclique, un antidépresseur tétracyclique, un médicament antipsychotique et un médicament anti-ADHD, en combinaison.
