Méthodes et appareil comprenant un tubage allongé conçu pour créer un joint dans un anneau entourant le tubage. Le tubage comprend un scellant choisi pour entraîner la formation dondulations dans un diamètre du tubage lors de lexpansion du tubage. Divers facteurs du scellant, comme des déviations de son épaisseur, influent sur le rendement du tubage, du point de vue de létanchéité, une fois le scellant appliqué.
