Summary: | This invention relates to novel polyether ionophores, formulations comprising same, and to methods of making and using these compounds and formulations for the treatment and/or prevention of parasitic infection in animals and humans. These compounds exhibit improved safety profiles and/or efficacies as compared to parent compounds.
