On propose une base de mouvement, qui comprend une structure de pivotement avec un point de pivotement près du centre de gravité de la structure de pivotement; un support de plateforme par la structure de pivotement, la plateforme ayant une position sensiblement horizontale et une position sensiblement verticale; et un élément dentraînement pour faire tourner la structure de pivotement au niveau du point de pivotement pour déplacer la plateforme de la position sensiblement horizontale à la position sensiblement verticale.
