A process for preparing a compound of Formula (IX) is provided. The process comprises: (a) treating a compound of Formula (XI) with a source of ammonia or ammonia proxy to yield a compound of Formula (XIV): (b) treating the compound of Formula (XIV) with a protecting group and a carbonylation agent to yield a compound of Formula (XVII): (see formula XVII) (c) treating the compound of Formula (XVII) with a source of tetra n-butylammonium ion and SO3 complex to yield a compound of Formula (XIX): (see formula XIX) (d) treating the compound of Formula (XIX) with a source of sodium; wherein R8 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, allyl, aryl or benzyl and R9 is a hydroxylamine protecting group. Un procédé de préparation dun composé de formule (IX) est fourni. Le procédé comprend : (a) le traitement dun composé de formule (XI) avec une source dammoniac ou de substitut dammoniac pour obtenir un composé de formule (XIV) : (b) le traitement du composé de formule (XIV) avec un groupe protecteur et un agent de carbonylation pour obtenir un composé de formule (XVII) : (voir formule XVII) (c) traitement du composé de formule (XVII) avec une source dion tétra n-butylammonium et un complexe SO3 pour obtenir un composé de formule (XIX) : (voir formule XIX) (d) le traitement du composé de formule (XIX) avec une source de sodium; dans laquelle R8 est un groupe alkyle, allyle, aryle ou benzyle substitué ou non substitué et R9 est un groupe protecteur dhydroxylamine.
