Summary:The present invention relates to the improved production of recombinant parvoviral virions in insect cells. The invention also relates to the production of parvoviral vectors that may be used in gene therapy and to improvements in expression of the viral Rep proteins that increase the productivity of parvoviral vec-tors. L'invention concerne la production améliorée de virions parvoviraux recombinants dans des cellules d'insectes. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé amélioré de production de virions parvoviraux recombinants dans des cellules d'insectes, le rapport plein/vide de virions parvoviraux étant accru. L'invention concerne également la production de vecteurs parvoviraux que l'on peut utiliser en thérapie génique ainsi que des améliorations en expression de protéines Rep virales qui augmentent la productivité des vecteurs parvoviraux.
