A motor shaft engagement sleeve 10 has an opening 11 adapted to engage a driven shaft (not shown) of a conventional food processor motor (not shown) in order to transmit torque therefrom in order to rotationally drive the blade 7. Un ensemble de lame (1) comprend un corps (2) ayant une extrémité fermée (3) sur le dessus, une extrémité de fond (4) ayant une ouverture (5) à son extrémité et un logement intérieur (6). Une lame (7) ayant deux rebords coupants (8, 9) est fixée au corps (2) et peut être surmoulée. Un manchon d'engagement d'arbre moteur (10) comporte une ouverture (11) adaptée pour engager un arbre d'entraînement (non illustré) d'un moteur de robot culinaire conventionnel (non illustré) afin de transmettre un couple et entraîner la lame (7) par rotation.
