L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur une composition fluide pour produire des lentilles de contact ayant une qualité de lentille améliorée et un rendement de produit accru. Le procédé de l'invention met en jeu l'addition d'un phospholipide dans une composition fluide comprenant une matière de formation de lentille, dans une quantité suffisante pour réduire une force de séparation de moule moyenne d'au moins environ 40 % par comparaison avec celle sans les phospholipides.
