L'invention porte sur un connecteur d'extrémité de câbles de communication comportant: des contacts électriques (42) arrangés pour recevoir les fils (30) d'un câble de communication (60); et au moins un couvercle (12, 22) monté pivotant sur le connecteur et comportant des espaces recevant les fils (14, 24). Le couvercle peut pivoter pour amener les fils placés dans lesdits espaces en contact avec lesdits contacts (42).
