A circuit breaker includes separable contacts, an operating mechanism structured to open and close the separable contacts, a molded enclosure comprising a first molded portion and a second molded portion, a plurality of thread cutting screws fastening the first molded portion to the second molded portion, and a plurality of machine screws. The first molded portion and the second molded portion cooperate to form a plurality of exterior walls. The exterior walls define an interior volume, which encloses the separable contacts and at least a portion of the operating mechanism. The machine screws extend within and reinforce the exterior walls and restrict expansion of the exterior walls away from the interior volume. Un disjoncteur comprend : des contacts séparables, un mécanisme de commande, structuré pour ouvrir et fermer les contacts séparables, une enceinte moulée comprenant une première portion moulée et une seconde portion moulée, une pluralité de vis autotaraudeuses fixant la première portion moulée à la seconde portion moulée, et une pluralité de vis mécaniques. La première portion moulée et la seconde portion moulée coopèrent de manière à former une pluralité de parois extérieures. Les parois extérieures définissent un volume intérieur, lequel entoure les contacts séparables et au moins une portion du mécanisme de commande. Les vis mécaniques s'étendent à l'intérieur et renforcent les parois extérieures et limitent l'extension desdites parois extérieures à partir du volume intérieur.
