La présente invention concerne un véhicule de manutention de matériaux (10) comprenant un cadre (12) à cabine d'opérateur (60) ayant au moins une entrée (68A, 68B) et un plancher (66). Le véhicule comprend en outre au moins une marche (82, 482) qui peut être placée en travers de l'entrée (68A, 68B), à une certaine distance du plancher de sorte que l'opérateur puisse se tenir debout sur la marche lorsque cette dernière est placée en travers de l'entrée afin de gagner accès à un magasin surélevé.
