In particular the method of producing said haemostatic composition comprises treating it with dry heat at a temperature between 110-200~C. La présente invention concerne une composition hémostatique comprenant une matière biologiquement absorbable et de l'acide hyaluronique ou un dérivé correspondant, des procédés de production de cette composition et l'utilisation de ladite composition. Plus particulièrement, le procédé de production de cette composition consiste à la traiter avec une chaleur sèche à une température comprise entre 110 et 200°C.
