The present invention is a system to orthodontically correct teeth without changing the bite using clear activators based on more accurate information. This system will anticipate that problem, and diagnostically measure the arch and the teeth therein in order to determine where the professional can reduce the enamel without effecting the bite while improving the inter-arch relationship and creating a path for these blocked out teeth to be corrected. This is done via working first with a prescribed set up model, versus the patient's current condition, and creating an ideal prescribed model digitally or manually, from which prescribed activators can be produced to provide more efficacious results for the patient and the doctor. L'invention concerne un système de correction orthodontique qui n'affecte pas l'occlusion et qui fait intervenir des activateurs claires sur la base d'informations plus précises. Pour éviter le problème de modification de l'occlusion, le système réalise des mesures diagnostiques sur l'arcade dentaire et sur des dents pour déterminer l'endroit où le praticien peut réduire l'émail sans affecter l'occlusion, améliorer le contact entre les arcades dentaires et créer un passage pour les dents dont le désalignement doit être corrigé. Pour ce faire, on utilise un premier modèle prescrit et mis au point sur la base de l'état actuel des dents du patient, qui permet de créer numériquement ou manuellement un modèle idéal prescrit à partir duquel peuvent être réalisés des activateurs prescrits pour obtenir des résultats plus satisfaisants aussi bien pour le patient que pour le dentiste.
