La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation préparative dans lequel un (-)-??9¿-trans-tétrahydrocannabinol est séparé d'un mélange de cannabinoïdes. Le procédé comprend au moins une étape chromatographique dans laquelle une phase mobile traverse une phase stationnaire. La phase stationnaire comprend un polysaccharide dérivé tandis que la phase mobile comprend un dioxyde de carbone.
