L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse d'un combustible hydrocarboné afin de détecter la présence d'un micro-organisme. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en contact un échantillon de combustible avec un diluant aqueux et un anticorps réagissant au micro-organisme ou à un métabolite ou produit de dégradation généré par ledit micro-organisme, afin de détecter la présence ou l'absence dudit micro-organisme.
