La présente invention concerne certains tétraalkyle esters de l'acide pyridinylaminométhylidène bisphosphonique, portant éventuellement des substitutions de cycle et ayant la formule (I), ainsi que leur utilisation dans le traitement de maladies des os telles que les maladies ostéolytiques dues à des tumeurs, la maladie osseuse de Paget et l'ostéoporose primaire ou secondaire.
