Summary:A shower curtain ring comprising an elongated body having a plurality of neck regions and a plurality of band regions. Each of the neck regions includes a first cross-section for at least in part providing flexibility to the shower curtain ring. The band regions are provided with a second cross-section that is greater than the first cross-section. Also provided at each end of the elongated body is a male connector and a female connector, respectively. The male connector and the female connector are constructed and arranged to be releasably interconnected to form a shower curtain ring for supporting a shower curtain.
