Summary: | The present invention refers to a process for structurally analyzing, the genome of viral and subviral pathogens. The process starts up with the immobilization of macromolecular structures solid phase related with the pathogen. After the pathogen immobilization the enzymatic amplification of a fragment of its genome is carried out in the case of pathogens with ADN genome. When there is the case of pathogens with RNA genome, after the immobilization and before the enzymatic amplification, the inverse transcription of a fragment of the pathogen genome is carried out. The process ends with a study of the structure of the resulting products in the enzymatic amplification phase. |
