DISTRIBUTOR ENGINE MOUNTING MECHANISM

A mounting mechanism for a distributor which is to be attached to an internal combustion engine. The mechanism includes an integrally molded clamp configured to be rotated with the distributor to a predetermined position whereby the clamp captures and retains a fixed post attached to the engine.
