Summary:The invention relates to new compounds of the formula (I) wherein R is lower alkyl; and X is a group of the formula: -0-alk-OR1 wherein "alk" represents an ethylene group optionally substituted by 1 or lower alkyl groups and R1 is hydrogen; lower alkyl; C3-C6 cycloalkyl; or a group of the formula: wherein R2 and R3 each independently represent hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, halogen, CF3, -CONR4R5 or -SO2NR4R5 wherein R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen or lower alkyl; and a the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof; and to a process for preparing same. The new compounds are anithypertensive and cardiovascular system regulators.
