Summary:A changeover device is provided for proportioning frames for a series of flues of a coke oven. Two proportioning frames in a valve chamber are adapted to be moved alternately by angular rotation of a shaft bearing the associated frame into engagement with the flue orifices. Each shaft carries an eccentric which acts through a spring to press the proportioning frame onto the flue orifices. One or more pull rods act on the eccentrics whereby to change over the positions of the proportioning frames.
