Summary:The device and the method are applied in telephone systems,especially in cellular mobile telephone system havingcode-dividing multiple access. They increase the reliability ofthe cellular telephone system in an environment havingconsiderable multiple route transmission. The collisions betweenthe simultaneously transmitted messages of multiple transmittershaving spectral broad-casting are reduced by the discribution ofthe transmisions according to the available resources of thereceiver. The transmitters can be mobile stations, and thereceiver - a base station. One or more methods are employed in themobile stations for the introduction of a random element(randomization) for their transmissions along an access channelwhich have the effect of separating the transmissions in order toreduces the collisions. Each mobile station includes a processor(10) , encoder (14), cycle generator (136), PN-long code seriesgenerator (14), switching-OR (XOR) function (152) and powertransmitter (188).
