Summary: | The new complexes are stable in solid form and are formedfrom N-morpholino-N-nitrosoaminonitrile (SIN-1A) and cyclodextrineor cyclodextrine derivatives, optionally containing ions ascatalyst or stabilizer. The complexes free nitrogen oxide at roomtemperature in dilution in water or in water systems. Preferablythe ions are anions of carboxylic and/or inorganic acids and/oralkaline, and/or ammonium cations. The invention also relates topharmaceutical compositions and sets containing these complexes. The sets can be used as standards for the separation of NO, whenNO is liberated in a preset quantity and speed in dissolution inaqueous medium. The complexes are produced by subjecting3-morpholino-sidnonimine (SIN-1) at suitable pH of an ioniccatalytic effect for shifting the balance to the formation ofSIN-1A in the presence of cyclodextrine or its derivatives capableof being included in a complex. The SIN-1A formed is immediatelybonded in a complex, optionally containing ions. The componentsare mixed or completely ground or oxygen-free aqueous solutionscontaining these components are freeze-dried after which they aredried under vacuum for a second time.16 claims, 2 figures |
