Summary:The heat insulation material is used for making monolith heat insulation covers and moulded heat insulation products such as plates and shells which have improved physicomechanical chacateritics, low energy consumption and unlimited applicability and make no waste product. The heat insulation material is made based on expanded pearlite or vermiculite and oil bitumen, and also includes the following ingredients, in wt.%: fibrous cellulose wastes or inorganic fibres from 5 to 30, clayey or limey emulsifier from 5 to 15 of the fibres amount, diammonium phosphate and aluminium sulphate in ratio from 0.1:1 to 1:0.1 in quantity 3-5 or the cellulose fibres, expended pearlite or vermiculite from 40 to 55 and oil bitumen with point of softening from 40 to 60° in quantities from 30 to 50 of the mass of the dry components. The method consists in successive mixing of the components, and the light filler is fed last either at the time of the preparation or afterwards.
