Summary:This culture medium finds application for a speedy creation of consolidated tobacco lines and varieties with high economic value. It reduces the time for obtaining dihaploide plants and ensures a high rate of dihaploidisation. The medium contains the following macroelements, in mg/l: 1,000-3,000 NH4NO3, 150-200 KNO3, 150-400 MgSO4.7H2O, 100-200 KH2PO4, 300-550 CaCl2.2H2O, 50-100 sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 20-80 FeSO4.7H2O; microelements - 5.0-6.5 H3BO3, 20-30 MnSO4.4H2O, 0.5-1.0 ZnSO4.7H2O, 0.2-0.5 KJ, 0.02-0.1 Na2MoO4, 0.02-0.1 CuSO4.5H2O, 0.02-0.1 CoCl2.6H2O; vitamins - 80-120 myo-inosit, 0.3-0.6 PP, 0.3-0.6 B6, 0.1-0.3 B1, 20-50 g/l sucrose, 6-10 g/l agar, 0.1-0.3 indolylacetic acid, 0.1-0.3 6-benzyl aminopurine and 5-100 nicotianoside.
