Summary: | The method is applicable in the pharmaceutical industry. It allows to prepare medications for treatment of infections caused by gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. This method offers a simplified technology that saves in reaction time and in raw and subsequent materials. According to the method, the crystalline salt of the compound is derived after a syn-isomer of mercaptobenzothiazolyl ester of 2-/2-amino-4-thiazolyl/-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid interacts with N,0-silyl-substituted derivative of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid. After that, the interim product is treated directly with sodium ethylhexanoate or diethylamine until the syn-isomer of the respective technical grade salt is produced. The product is then purified. |
