Summary:The microscheme is applied in hybrid microelectronics for production of time-setting thin-layer hybrid schemes with big time delays that are used mainly in special-purpose control systems. It ensures time-delays functional adjustment, which is strictly defined and implemented with enhanced precision. The scheme consists of connecting areas with a resistive part between two conducting parts with its size permitting laser cut. The entire surface of the resistive parts of the connecting areas is cross-cut by a channel for the laser cut.
