Summary: | Derivatives of platinum (P) with methyl silicone are xerogels - a product of reaction between a complex compound of platinum (P) in an aqueous solution of sodium chloride, on the one hand, and a hydrogel of methyl silicone, on the other hand, at a molar ratio of Pt:Si:NaCl equal to 1-3:50:23-69, said product being a three-dimensional cross-linked polymer of globular structure with a globule diameter of 4.0-7.0 nm and a specific surface of 80-200 m /g and having a link of the following general formula: -{[PtCl(NH3)2O0,5]n(NaCl)5n(CH3SiO1,5)50(Na2O)10(H2O)20}-, where n = 1 to 3. A method of obtaining said compounds consists in reacting the complex compound of platinum (P) in the aqueous solution of sodium chloride with the hydrogel of methyl silicone at a molar ratio of Pt:Si:NaCl equal to 1-3:50:23-69 with subsequent extraction of the desired product. The claimed compounds have antitumoral activity. The claimed means of antitumoral action consists of an active agent - the claimed compound having a link of the following formula: -{[PtCl(NH3)2O0,5]2(NaCl)10(CH3SiO1,5)50(Na2O)10(H2O)20}-. |
