The output of xantan is enhanced, the production time is curtailed and a fuller conversion of the carbon source is attained.Description : a natural stamp Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris ITS-342 (registered under No. 1780 in the National Bank for Industrial Micro organisms and Cellular Crops (NBIMCC)), is extracted and cultivated in a complex nutritional medium, with soybean groats as the only nitrogen source. Then the product is insulated according to popular methods.
