Summary:This restrictor is used in handlers, electric hoists and other lifting facilities. It has enhanced tuning capabilities, extended functional capacities and a simple construction. The restrictor contains a mechanical system, consisting of a pair of elastic elements (1) from a ferrous magnetic material in the form of a cylindrical sector, lateral straps (3) to prevent overloading, and a transforming system, containing a permanent magnet (6), reed relay (7), and reed switch (8), located on both sides of the magnet, and oriented parallel to the magnetic axis. The electrical layout of the transforming scheme includes a reed relay, whose switch shunts its own winding, and is consecutively switched to a variable resistor (9), another resistor (10) and a second reed relay, whose switch commutes with a parallel chain, incorporating a third reed relay and a potentiometer.
