Summary: | The device applies to the microbiological industry when determining the optimal temperature conditions for the production strains. It ensures a gradient with homogenous temperature conditions inside the cultivation chambers and offers the possibility for temperature difference variation of adjacent chambers in order to determine more exactly the optimum for the respective strain. The device consists of a box of insulating material (1),on the bottom of which is situated a rod (4) of heat-conducting material. Lengthwise the rod (4) ,above it, are situated the cultivation chambers (6) ,made of material with high heat-conductivity ,separated by insulating partitions (9). The cultivation chambers (6) are connected to the rod (4) through stands (5) of heat-conducting material ,passing through a slot (11) in the insulating plate (12),situated between the cultivation chambers (6) and the rod (4). |
