Summary:The device is designed to control the evolvent profile of cog wheels during their production and repair. It has a simplified construction and low cost. The evolvent measuring device consists of a vertical stand (1), in whose lower part is knitted a starting knot (2), consisting of a phased engine (3) and a screwing pair (4), contacting a plunger (5), which ends with a spherically coordinating edge (6) and passes through a round aperture of a plug (7), knitted on conic shafts (8 and 9), fitted onto the plate (1), to which an n-shaped plastic (10) is screwed, and between the upper end of the plastic (10) and the plate (1) a statically support pin is located (11), serving for landing the controlled cog wheel (16). To the plug (7) holds a photorustering transformator for linear movement (12), which records the movement of the plunger (5) against the plug (7). The upper right end of the stand (1) is holding an in-screwed measuring knot (13), containing a knife measuring edge (14), bordering into the controlled cog and carried by a wagon of pellet shaft, in whose rear side is contacting a photoruster transformator for linear movement (15).
