Summary:1310865 Comminuting PROCTOR & SCHWARTZ Inc 19 April 1971 [12 March 1970] 23809/71 Heading B2A [Also in Division D1] An hygroscopic powder is obtained by (i) reducing the moisture content of the hygroscopic constituents e.g. urea, diammonium phosphate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulpphate or ammonium sulphamate, to below 10 per cent and (ii) pulverizing said constituents in circulating air at 150-250‹F, a free flowing anticaking agent, e.g. precipitated silica being added before or after the pulverizing step.
