Summary:The invention concerns a method for treating a cellulosic support to reduce the penetration of anti-adhesive agent into the support and/or to diminish its sensitivity to water. Said method consists in contacting the cellulosic support with an aqueous emulsion based on a grafted functionalised polyorganosiloxane, wherein said emulsion further contains an acrylic-type polymeric material, said polymeric material advantageously containing a styrene fraction.
