Summary: | The invention discloses a kind of silicate type copper oxide surface pre treatment - xanthate flotation method, relating to the field of silicate type copper oxide ore flotation technology. The method of the present disclosure includes surface pre-treatment in the early stage and conventional xanthate flotation in the later stage. Firstly, silicate type copper oxide ore is crushed and ground, and then the crushed ore is placed in a surface modification solution for constant temperature heating to obtain silicate type copper oxide ore after surface pre-treatment, then, xanthate is used as a collector for flotation. Compared with the conventional sulfidization xanthate flotation method, the method of the present disclosure has a faster flotation rate, and the preliminary surface pre-treatment can form a stable copper sulfide compound film on the surface of silicate type copper oxide ore, thereby promoting the adsorption of xanthate on the surface of silicate type copper oxide ore. The copper sulfide compounds formed on the surface of silicate type copper oxide ore are stable with strong adaptability, which have advantageous effects on subsequent xanthate adsorption, and it can effectively realize the flotation recovery of silicate type copper oxide ore. |
