The two-stage tolerance type lifting hook comprises a lifting hook body, and further comprises a first-stage balance beam (1), connecting frames (3), second-stage balance beams (2) and movable pulley sets (4), wherein the lifting hook body is fixedly connected to the middle of a bottom end of the first-stage balance beam (1); a left end and a right end of the first-stage balance beam (1) are each fixedly connected to a connecting frame (3), and the two connecting frames (3) are respectively connected to the second-stage balance beams (2); the second-stage balance beams (2) are connected to the first-stage balance beam (1) in a cross shape; the first-stage balance beam (1) and the second-stage balance beams (2) form an H shape as a whole; and two ends of each second-stage balance beam (2) are respectively connected to movable pulley sets (4) by means of pins.
