Summary: | Provided is a method for separating placental trophoblast cells from exfoliated cervical cells of a pregnant woman. The method comprises performing cell sorting on a cell suspension of a placental trophoblast sample by using a designed micro-fluidic sorting chip or a flow cytometer on the basis of specific antigens and combinations expressed on the surfaces of or in specific trophoblast cells, so as to obtain separated and purified placental trophoblast cells. Compared with a traditional method, the method has the advantages of noninvasive acquisition of samples, and being good in specificity, relatively early in material taking time, and low in risks of infection and abortion, and can simultaneously perform synchronous marking on a plurality of antigens and perform identification and sorting on characteristic fluorescence signals, so that the accuracy is greatly improved, and a detection result has higher credibility and a wider coverage range. Compared with an existing magnetic bead method, the method obtains a large number of cells, is good in specificity and good in sensitivity, and can be applied to a plurality of detection uses and application scenarios. |
