Summary:Abstract The specification discloses binding protein(s) comprising a T cell receptor (TCR) alpha chain CDR sequence that recognises HA-1 antigen. Further disclosed are nucleic acids encoding the same and the use of said nucleic acids and vectors comprising them in the production of host cells capable of producing elevated levels of cytokine or cytotoxic molecule(s) and thus also capable of killing a target cell comprising a peptide MHC complex, wherein the peptide-MHC complex comprises the HA-1 peptide epitope.
