Summary:A method for manufacturing a solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of forming a first photoelectric conversion unit comprising a photoelectric conversion layer including a perovskite compound, a first transmission layer located at one side of the photoelectric conversion layer, and a second transmission layer located at the other side of the photoelectric conversion layer; and an electrode forming step of forming a first electrode electrically connected to the first photoelectric conversion unit on one surface of the first photoelectric conversion unit, and a second electrode electrically connected to the first photoelectric conversion unit on the other surface of the first photoelectric conversion unit, wherein the step of forming the first photoelectric conversion unit comprises the steps of: forming a first formation film with a first material constituting the perovskite compound; forming a second formation film by spray-coating a second material constituting the perovskite compound on the first formation film; forming the perovskite compound by diffusing the first and second formation films by primary heat treatment; and performing cleaning to remove a portion of the second formation film remaining on the perovskite compound. Therefore, the perovskite compound can be formed to have a uniform and large crystal size, thereby providing excellent efficiency and improving reliability. In addition, by forming the photoelectric conversion unit including the perovskite compound to have a great thickness, the perovskite compound composition can be uniformly maintained in the stacking direction while photoelectric efficiency is improved.
