More Information
Summary:Abstract The invention relates to a method for supplying heat to a product to be cooked (18) for preparing a food or a beverage with the steps: * a food thermometer (13) with two temperature sensors (16, 17) is inserted into a product to be cooked (18) in such a way that one temperature sensor (17) is located in the product to be cooked (18) and one temperature sensor (16) is located outside the product to be cooked (18); 10 * heat is supplied to the product to be cooked (18) by means of a heating device, * the food thermometer (13) transmits temperatures measured with the temperature sensors (16, 17) to a control device (12); * the control device (12) controls the heating device depending on 15 transmitted temperatures by comparison of desired temperatures with actual temperatures stored in a memory unit and/or * the control device (12) transmits instructions for action to a user based on a comparison of desired temperatures with actual temperatures stored in a memory unit and/or 20 * the control device (12) stores transmitted temperatures in a memory unit. The invention also relates to a system for performing the method. 4nn~An4OAOn 12 OO().
