Summary:A real-time tunnel deformation monitoring method, comprising: S1, providing a plurality of structured light sources (1) in an unstable region (D1) of a tunnel structure that needs to be monitored, and mounting a monitoring terminal (2) in a relatively stable region (D2) of the tunnel structure, the monitoring terminal (2) being capable of communicating with the plurality of structured light sources (1); S2, the monitoring terminal (2) observing all the structured light (L0) in the unstable region (D1) of the tunnel structure, and obtaining a structured light curve in real time; and S3, a data processing unit analyzing the imaging change of the structured light, measuring the deformation degree and the offset distance of a tunnel in real time, and monitoring single-section settlement, convergence, multi-section overall settlement of the tunnel, and other disasters. The method is suitable for tunnels under construction and operating tunnels, has dense monitoring points, and can monitor the deformation of the tunnel in real time. Also provided is a real-time tunnel deformation monitoring device.
