A sterilization container for sterilizing a surgical instrument, said sterilization container comprising: a body shaped to hold the surgical instrument and adapted to allow steam to enter said body in order to sterilize the surgical instrument; and a sensor module mounted to said body, said sensor module including: a pressure sensor for sensing the pressure inside said body and a first temperature sensor for sensing the temperature inside said body, wherein said sensor module further includes a sensor assembly for measuring a speed of sound within to said body of said sterilization container to determine the concentration of a sterilant within said sterilization container during a sterilization process. f0 to 1O&SI4 600006d &a I O IOM0 ig Osea 0 /
