Summary: | The present disclosure discloses an anticancer biomembrane nano-targeting ligands and a preparation method thereof. The ligands comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 160-250 parts of lecithin, 40-60 parts of soluble proteins, 10-50 parts of targeting polypeptides and 5-20 parts of soluble metal salts. The anticancer biomembrane nano-targeting ligands prepared in the present disclosure is more stable than liposomes and cerasomes, and is prone to fusing with a cell membrane, is prone to fusing with a cell membrane, can increase the biocompatibility, targeting, degradability, bioavailability and stability of a drug, has strong degradability, is safe and non-toxic to a human body, does not damage normal tissue cells, and can be used as a tumor diagnosis reagent, an anticancer drug carrier, a genetically modified vector, a photo-thermal photodynamic therapy agent, an ultrasound or microwave photodynamic therapy carrier, a radio-frequency thermal therapy, a microwave thermotherapy agent carrier, a medicine image enhancement agent, etc. |
