Summary: | A device and method for preparing chemicals by reaction, separation and reaction of fractions in coal tar are disclosed. Single components of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (bicyclic, tricyclic and tetracyclic) in the coal tar are used as a core, and coal tar distillate oil, with rich polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, of the coal tar after fraction cutting is subjected to dealkylation to be normalized, thereby effectively enriching the single components of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the coal tar, and remarkably reducing separation difficulty and energy consumption in a separation section. A large difference of freezing points of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (bicyclic, tricyclic and tetracyclic) is used for separating the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by means of constant temperature condensation and centrifugal filtration. A separation process is carried out at a normal pressure and a low temperature, thereby effectively reducing the energy consumption of the separation section. Aiming at improving high value-added utilization of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the coal tar, a high-purity fraction obtained by means of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon separator can be further processed into a partially-hydrogenated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon chemical with a higher added value by means of a hydrogenation reaction.
